Open a commpand prompt and type "route" to see the commands. Add a -p to make the changes persistant across a reboot. The route command only routes on the basis of destination IP address.

The OP would like to route based on source address or other information other than the destination IP , which is known as policy based routing. XP and it's route command can't do it on its own. Thanks for the suggestions. I took a quick look but unfortunately couldn't find any mention of anything related to policy routing. I've never seen quagga before. Looks pretty nifty -- I'll have to remember that one. Sadly it does not appear to support Windows in any way.
