Pour faire simple. Well this has brought back some horrible memories. We had a very similar situation a couple of years ago when Altitude Telecom became Wibox, they use the same wi-max systsem. We also had no joy from customer services. It was very frustrating with intermittent, slow or no connection so assumed that it was the signal.
However, under our contract Wibox remain responsible for own the equipment supplied and therefore responsible for any repairs. We managed to track down the engineers in our area contracted to Wibox and they came out and replaced our modem, cables and antenna free of charge. The problem was that after several years in place the antenna was failing. We have not had any significant problems since. So if Ozone own the equipment you should have someone in your area who will come out and test it for you.
I have been with Ozone for nearly 3 years and I am only speaking from experience but I believe that Ozone piggy back off of other network providers and in fact basically all you pay your They do not own any of the infrastructure. Unless you know otherwise they do not own the dish and basically you are on your own.
They will come and replace your dish for the princely sum of euros however you can buy the identical product and fit it yourself for less than half that price delivered to France.
